One of my favorite culinary places.

1. Foley Station - northwest cuisine - my personal favorite place to eat in all of eastern Oregon - Adams St.
2. Joe & Sugars - local coffee shop - awesome cinnamon rolls - Adams St.
3. La Fiesta Mexican - pretty solid mexican, I'd recommend the fajita burrito - Adams St. (east of Island Rd.)

just to add a few nods to other places around town:
1) la casita: adams ave, (little taco shack across from the clock repair) - cheap and tasty burritos
2) mamacitas: corner of 4th and adams - pretty good mexican/international food, and you can sit outside!
3) wee mamas: 221 Fir - GREAT sandwiches, and you can get a little bag lunch with chips and a cookie.
